Online purveyor of artisanal food specialties produced in the Hudson Valley announces product launch.
HudsonValleySmokehouse.com has been named the exclusive online distributor of the quality smoked meats, poultry and fish produced by Mountain Products Smokehouse.

We are able to reach a much wider audience who appreciate the quality and care that goes into each of our smoked specialties. To assist in developing a quality product line and special recipes that utilize the products, HudsonValleySmokehouse.com has engaged the services of Master Chef Fritz Sonnenschmidt. Chef Sonnenschmidt was a former Culinary Dean at the Culinary Institute of America and has over 50 years of experience in the culinary field. He has won numerous awards in his field and was inducted into the American Academy of Chefs Hall of Fame in 2005. “I am excited to contribute to launching this line of very special products “ says Chef Sonnenschmidt.
The site has been developed to sell locally produced quality smoked meat, poultry, fish and cheese. Additional artisan delicacies such as honey, maple syrup, meat and poultry sauce, gourmet mustard and fresh salsa as well as a portable smoker are added product offerings.
The Premier introduction of the product line will take place on October 25th, 2006 at the Poughkeepsie Area Chamber of Commerce’s Showcase of Champions.
